No Hassle Return Guarantee:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us at support@catertingtoyourneeds.com for return instructions or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and re-sellable condition, and in its original packaging. Please do not return items without contacting us and receiving return instructions, as the process may vary depending on the problem. A credit will then be issued upon our receipt of the items less 20% restocking fee, original and return shipping cost.
Product Image Disclaimer:
Due to the variances in computer monitors and the various settings to brightness and contrast that users may adjust their monitors to, we cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world.
Shipping:
We use UPS, USPS and DHL for standard ground shipping. An actual street address is required for any delivery. Items ship either from our inventory stock, or direct from the manufacturer or major distributor. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 – 3 working days and shipping time can vary from 3 – 10 days depending on location.
